Barb Hazelton is a seasoned Broker and former agent with 12+ years in residential and commercial real estate, now managing over 200 agents in Greenwich and New Canaan, CT.

Barb moved a lot as a young woman, living all over the country and is really adept at downsizing, organizing, and decorating. Fresh out of Miami of Ohio she worked in Chicago selling chemicals for Monsanto. A transition to media and production work brought her to NYC where she worked for Broadway Video and Telepictures. In time she became a recruiter for digital sales talent and eventually found her passion in real estate.

She is actively involved in her home town currently serving as the Chair for the Zoning Board of Appeals. In the past she has also acted as Executive Member of the Darien YMCA, President of the Holly Pond Nursery School, 2018 President of the Darien Board of Realtors, a Manager for multiple Darien Youth Hockey Teams, and a Captain's Mom to a Varsity Hockey players.

On a personal note, Barb is the mother of two boys and two girls, raising them in Darien, CT. She is also divorced and has used her experience to create "The Single Process", a library of 80 videos to help others navigate divorce.

Although selling a home can feel overwhelming, Barb makes the process smooth and pleasant. As Manager in Greenwich & New Canaan, she works through her agents to provide full-service, high-value experiences to all Coldwell Banker clients.
